| The Dickinson Group were in 1999 awarded the Mozal Phase 1 and in 2002 awarded the Mozal
Expansion Project contracts for the Potlining of Potlines, Cathode Sealing, refractory
lining of the Metal & Bath ladles and the Casthouse Launder System on the
Mozal Smelter Projects, Mozambique.
The Dickinson Group recognised the
need to expand its operations into Mozambique, in rendering an efficient and cost
effective service on which the group has become known as Africa’s leading
refractory specialists. |
Dickinson Mozambique (Limitada) was established in 1999, to provide the refractory
services of The Dickinson Group to Mozambique’s refractory consuming industries
with specific emphasis to rendering a refractory service to Mozal Aluminium Smelter
and has been awarded a long-term site-wide refractory service contract at Mozal.
